If an item is not to your liking and you wish to return it we offer a 30-day return policy, items must be returned with original packaging for a full refund, the return shipping is the buyers responsibility and the cost will NOT be refunded. We have return depots in the USA and the UK at present, so no need to worry about returning items back to China.

In the event of an item damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement and cover the returned costs of the damaged item.

Foods, Medications, and additives are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
